Bali Baza Development

Bali Baza Development builds designer villas and aparthotels by the ocean, focused on Bali's fastest-growing coastal districts — Kedungu, Nuanu, Seseh, Seminyak and Tumbak Bayuh. The team brings nine years of residential and commercial development experience across Bali and Russia, with 170,000 sqm of real estate sold.

The company runs 188 in-house experts across architecture, construction, design and property management, and has delivered three completed Bali projects now generating returns for owners. Across the group, more than 5,000 investors have bought into its developments.

Current projects include BAZA Kedungu (a 58-unit surf aparthotel with PBG obtained), Origins in Nuanu Creative City, The Heights in Seseh and Gate 11 in Seminyak — all offering projected returns of up to 16–17% per annum and capital growth potential of up to 30%.
