About the Developer

OXO Living (OXO Group Indonesia) is a boutique Bali developer and management company founded in 2015 by Austrian entrepreneur Johannes Weissenbaeck. Its positioning — "Neo Luxury Living" — puts wellness, architecture and sustainability ahead of unit count: 25+ developments delivered since founding, with a stated goal of zero emissions and zero waste by 2030.

The company works with named international architects rather than in-house drafting: Chris Precht (Precht Studio) on The Pavilions, Spacemakers on The ERA and Dutch practice IRVA Architecten on The Bank. OXO is the flagship residential development partner for Nuanu Creative City, the emerging creative masterplan in Nyanyi, which gives its buyers there exposure to a wider destination rather than a single scheme.

Unusually for Bali, OXO's current pipeline is largely freehold: The Pavilions near Nuanu (from $620,000, Q3 2027 — 21 of 24 villas sold at its June 2025 launch, so confirm current availability), The ERA in Uluwatu (from ~$475,000 with a published 11.8% projected yield, Q4 2027) and The Bank, a thirteen-unit riverside compound in Pererenan (from ~$570,000). The head office is in Tibubeneng, Kuta Utara, Badung.
