Last updated: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadsFromSearch ("LeadsFromSearch," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of PropMatchBali.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

LeadsFromSearch is a company registered outside Indonesia, with a registered address at:

1480 Howe St
Vancouver, BC, Canada

We operate PropMatchBali.com as an independent directory and matching service connecting prospective investors with third-party Bali property developers, sourcing agents, and legal/notary teams.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information when you use our "Deal Matcher" quiz, inquiry forms, or other lead-capture forms on the Site:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel) on the Site. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.

We may also automatically receive limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through the standard operation of our web hosting infrastructure, even where we are not actively using analytics tools.

3. How We Store Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is stored in Google Sheets, hosted on Google's infrastructure. As a result, your data may be stored or processed outside of Canada and Indonesia, including in the United States, wherever Google's servers are located.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Match you with relevant developers, sourcing agents, and legal/notary teams based on your stated investment preferences;
  • Contact you regarding property investment opportunities, quiz results, and related follow-up;
  • Respond to inquiries you submit through the Site;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.

5. How We Share Your Information

With third-party developers, agents, and legal/notary teams. When you submit an inquiry or complete our Deal Matcher quiz, we share your name and phone number with the relevant third-party developer(s), sourcing agent(s), or legal/notary team(s) featured on the Site so that they can follow up with you directly.

Compensation disclosure. We earn referral fees and/or commissions from developers and agents when a lead we provide results in a sale or transaction. This means our sharing of your information with these third parties is done, in part, for our own financial benefit. Depending on your jurisdiction, this type of disclosure for compensation may be legally treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (for example, under certain U.S. state privacy laws), even though no data is sold on a standalone basis. See Section 8 below for your choices regarding this.

Service providers. We may share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, Google, as our data storage provider), under obligations to protect your information.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Withdraw consent to processing or marketing communications at any time;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

Canada. As a Canadian company, we handle personal information in line with the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

European Economic Area / UK visitors. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California visitors. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (see Section 5 above regarding our referral-fee arrangements).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

8. Your Choices

You may opt out of having your information shared with third-party developers or agents by not completing our inquiry forms, or by contacting us to request that a specific submission not be forwarded (where it has not already been shared). You may also request that we delete your information from our records at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
