NEXA

NEXA is one of Bali's larger full-cycle developers, with five years on the island, more than 380 permanent employees and a portfolio of fifteen projects across Uluwatu, Pandawa, Pererenan, Umalas and Canggu. Four complexes have already been completed and handed over to owners — around 10,860 sqm delivered — with roughly 45,800 sqm currently under construction.

The group runs every stage in-house through separate divisions: NEXA Development for construction, NEXA Design & Architecture for planning, NEXA Furniture for in-house furniture manufacturing, NEXA Agency for sales, and NEXA Management (with AUMANA) for operating owners' units after handover. Its own boutique hotel, MONTENEL, serves as the operational testing ground for the hospitality standard applied across the residences.

NEXA's work has been recognised internationally — winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024–2025 in the Residential Property Indonesia category for Wood Residence, and of the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 for Best Luxury Hotel Development for the Oasis Hotels Collection. Current construction focuses on three investment projects: NAMI Villas in Uluwatu, Oasis Royal Collection in Pererenan and Oasis Black Edition on the Pandawa cliffs.
