BAZA Kedungu — Surf Aparthotel

A new-wave designer aparthotel built for surf tourism, digital nomads and conscious travellers, three minutes from Kedungu Beach. The 58 apartments look out over Mount Batur, the rice fields and the ocean, and range from 30 sqm studios up to an 87 sqm presidential suite. Bali Baza's in-house management company operates the units as short-stay rentals after handover, and the project already holds its PBG construction approval.
